UPDATE: We’ve got too many people registered to hold the event at the A.J.M. Davies Arena. So, the Meet-and-Greet and Banquet will be held in Memorial Hall. Some of the times have changed too. See the details below.
Event Highlights:
Meet-and-Greet Registration – Friday, August 2, 7pm to Closing Time (your choice!) – MEMORIAL HALL BASEMENT
Kick off the reunion with a warm welcome at our meet-and-greet registration. Reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and pick up your event materials. It’s the perfect start to a weekend of festivities. CASH BAR will be open tonight.
Grand Banquet – Saturday, August 3, 5 to 9 PM – MEMORIAL HALL
Dress to impress and join us for an evening of elegance with fun prizes up for grabs at the Memorial Hall. Enjoy a delightful banquet at 6pm with a CASH BAR, entertainment, and the chance to dance the night away. Speeches will follow dinner. Let’s celebrate our shared history and the future we’re building together.
Awards will be given to the largest family group in attendance and the guest who travelled the farthest distance to join us. Plus, don’t miss your chance to win big in our 50/50 draw. Pancake Breakfast, Golf Tournament & On-Your-Own Reunions – Sunday, August 4
Fire Hall Pancake Breakfast
Start your Sunday morning with a smile at our delightful Pancake Breakfast! Join us at the Fire Hall for a morning filled with tasty pancakes and warm company. This event supports a great cause—your donations at the site will benefit the dedicated heroes at the Indian Head Volunteer Fire Department. Come hungry, leave happy, and help us make a difference!

Golf Tournament – Tee Time!
Swing into fun with our friendly golf tournament at the classic Indian Head Golf & Country Club. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just there for the laughs, it’s a great way to enjoy the outdoors and indulge in a little friendly competition. Prizes will be up for grabs here too! The Indian Head Agricultural Society will be selling tickets to their “In Blossom” town tour. Find their table at the Publishers Fair at the back of the Memorial Hall during the banquet.

Ticket Information: Secure your spot in this unforgettable weekend! Tickets are $50 each when you purchase in advance (online or mail-in), with children under 12 welcomed for free.
